You have the option of recieveing your order via e-mail or having it shipped on CD via FedEx Priority. You will recieve a FedEx tracking number when your order is shipped. Other online delivery options are not currently supported.

Notice to Agencies
EACH CLIENT for whom use of images purchased from this site are used MUST BE SEPARATELY LICENSED. Additional licences for use of images are avialable at a discount from the original cost at the time of the original purchase. The space provided in the shopping cart must contain the legal name of the person, business or entity for whom you are purchasing the license. Any use for any person, company, or other entity other than that specified in the license is an infringement of copyright.

If you purchase the rights to an image for a client, you may not bill said client for any amounts greater than that paid for the license. Further, you may not rebill said client for additional uses except in such cases where you may unknowingly repurchase the use from Taylor Images and bill for the cost of said repurchase. Any excess billing will be considered an effort to sell rights in an image, which is infringement under copyright law.

If you combine images with any other images whether through electronic or mechanical means, whether purchased from Taylor Images or elsewhere, you agree that the copyright in such derivative works and all materials produced therefrom vests solely with Taylor Images and all restrictions with regard to useage, resale, billing and any other applicable restrictions not here mentioned, that pertain to the original images, also pertain to the derivative work. Taylor Images, at its sole discretion, may require that such derivative work be provided in its entirety and at your cost to Taylor Images for what ever purposes may be deemed appropiate.


General

Taylor Images, Inc. ("Taylor Images") has adopted the following policy (the "Privacy Policy") that applies to the information about you that is collected, used and disclosed by Taylor Images in the course of its business activities, including the information collected, used and disclosed by you on the www.TaylorImages.com or www.Stock.TaylorImages.com web site (the "Web Site"). Any acquisition or license by you of any product or service offered by Taylor Images (including products or services of third parties) or the use of the Web Site signifies your consent and agreement to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy, and to the collection, use and disclosure described herein of your personal information by Taylor Images. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, do not acquire or license a product or service offered by Taylor Images (including products or services of third parties) or use or access the Web Site or information, material, products or services provided therein. Collection of Information

When you access and use the Web Site, our web server automatically collects certain technical information ("Technical Information") about your visit to the Web Site, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, referring IP address, the internet browser and the operating system used by you, and information on what web pages on the Web Site are accessed or used by you. In addition, if you have set up an Account (see below) and are signed in, the keywords you use to search for products are collected and may be matched with your Personal Information, as defined below.

In addition to the information above, if you wish to purchase products or services, Taylor Images will require your credit card number and associated information for purchase with the Paypal Merchant Account System.

Taylor Images may operate in various jurisdictions around the world, either virtually or through a local office or through an affiliate or subsidiary (each affiliate or subsidiary hereinafter referred to as an "Affiliate" and collectively as "Affiliates"), and in the course of its business operations will transfer or share information from one jurisdiction to another between its various offices or among its Affiliates. Taylor Images and its Affiliates may also store and process information in a jurisdiction other than the jurisdiction in which the information was collected. You acknowledge and agree that Technical and Personal Information may be transferred or shared from one jurisdiction to another between Taylor Images offices and among Taylor Images Affiliates and that such information may be stored and processed by Taylor Images and its Affiliates in a jurisdiction other than the jurisdiction in which the information is collected, including, without limitation, in Canada, the United States and the countries comprising the European Union.

The information that is collected, stored and processed in the course of its business operations is used for a number of purposes, including processing the transactions you engage in with or through Taylor Images, providing customer service to you, communicating with you, informing you of or providing updates or upgrades to products or services, customizing and facilitating your use of the Web Site, improving, modifying or developing products and services, and marketing, including direct marketing of products and services offered by or through Taylor Images (including those of third parties) through the distribution (by e-mail or otherwise) of catalogues, advertisements or other publications to you. Taylor Images will also use Technical and Personal Information about you and aggregate it with Technical and Personal Information about others, such that no person is individually identifiable. Use of Cookies

When you visit the Web Site, we may place a "cookie" on the hard drive of your computer to track your visit. Taylor Images endeavors to provide a secure environment in which you can provide and obtain access to information about you. Taylor Images has security measures in place to prevent the modification, misuse, loss or misappropriation of information about you, including the provision of a secure environment in which the information is stored and controlling access to such information by parties external to Taylor Images.

One such security measure used by Taylor Images is assigning you a user identification and password upon setting up an Account with Taylor Images. You acknowledge and agree that the user identification provided by Taylor Images to you so that you may access, utilize or otherwise enjoy the Web Site and the password selected by and used by you in conjunction with the user identification to access, utilize or otherwise enjoy the Web Site are to be kept secret and confidential. We ask that you review your Account information regularly to assist Taylor Images in ensuring that your information remains accurate and up-to-date.

In some cases, Taylor Images may not be able to provide you with all the information that it has collected about you. This would occur if provision of the information could lead to disclosure of another individual's personal information, where laws or regulations prevent disclosure, or where it would simply be too costly to provide the information such as a request to provide you with a detailed history of every web page on the Web Site visited by you. You may however continue to use products acquired or licensed prior to the cancellation of your Account.
