Delivery
You have the option of recieveing your order via e-mail or having it shipped on CD via FedEx Priority. You will recieve a FedEx tracking number when your order is shipped. Other online delivery options are not currently supported.

Privacy
Information about you and your company are used ONLY to maintain your relationship and account with Taylor Images. This information will not be shared with or sold to any other company, individual or organization except as provided for in the Privacy Policy

Notice to Agencies
EACH CLIENT for whom use of images purchased from this site are used MUST BE SEPARATELY LICENSED. Additional licences for use of images are avialable at a discount from the original cost at the time of the original purchase. The space provided in the shopping cart must contain the legal name of the person, business or entity for whom you are purchasing the license. Any use for any person, company, or other entity other than that specified in the license is an infringement of copyright.

If you purchase the rights to an image for a client, you may not bill said client for any amounts greater than that paid for the license. Further, you may not rebill said client for additional uses except in such cases where you may unknowingly repurchase the use from Taylor Images and bill for the cost of said repurchase. Any excess billing will be considered an effort to sell rights in an image, which is infringement under copyright law.

If you combine images with any other images whether through electronic or mechanical means, whether purchased from Taylor Images or elsewhere, you agree that the copyright in such derivative works and all materials produced therefrom vests solely with Taylor Images and all restrictions with regard to useage, resale, billing and any other applicable restrictions not here mentioned, that pertain to the original images, also pertain to the derivative work. Taylor Images, at its sole discretion, may require that such derivative work be provided in its entirety and at your cost to Taylor Images for what ever purposes may be deemed appropiate.

All images and related information (collectively referred to as "Images") are owned by Taylor Images or our Image providers.

You agree to furnish accurate information when registering with Taylor Images. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your user name and password. You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent others from obtaining Your access information and to notify Taylor Images of any unauthorized access or need to update or remove access for any of Your employees or agents.

You may not remove any copyright, watermarks or other notices contained in the Images and information.

Taylor Images reserves the right to restrict or remove Your access to this site at any time, or revoke Your authorization to view, download and use the Images and information on this site at any time, and you shall immediately discontinue Your use upon written notice from Taylor Images.

This site could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. You are solely responsible for determining whether Your use of an Image or any related information is appropriate for Your intended use and complies with any applicable laws or customs.

TAYLOR IMAGES MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT, OR THAT THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. THE USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except where specifically stated elsewhere on this website or as otherwise provided by Taylor Images, User does not acquire any right, title or interest in or to any Image.

All rights not specifically granted herein to User are reserved for Taylor Images' use and disposition without any limitations whatsoever.

DISPUTES OR CLAIMS

This Agreement, its validity and effect, shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. If You are an agent for or an employee of a non-U.S. company but do business in or operate in a place of business in the United States or its territories, You expressly agree that any dispute regarding this Agreement shall be adjudicated within the United States in the manner described herein. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For Copyright claims You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts within the State of South Carolina and You submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose. If Taylor Images is caused to present claims or suit as a result of any breach of the above terms set forth, it shall be made whole for such reasonable legal fees, expert fees or costs by You.

MISCELLANEOUS

No action of Taylor Images, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Should any clause of this Agreement be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement contains all the terms of the agreement between us (Taylor Images and You) concerning use of this website.
